Uniform Guidance isn’t uniform and it is vital that Federal award administrators understand how to navigate the regulatory framework that covers Federal grants and cooperative agreements (i.e., Federal financial assistance). During this session, we will provide participants with an overview of OMB’s regulatory framework (i.e., “Uniform Guidance”), discuss the agency supplemental regulations, review the history and applicability of the Federal award regulatory requirements, and provide an initial introduction to OMB’s 2024 revisions to Uniform Guidance.
